Accounts Receivable Coordinator I

As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator I at Syneos Health, you will play a crucial role in the invoicing and cash application process. Your responsibilities will include: - Prepare invoice packages by extracting data from consolidated monthly files, creating pivot tables, and compiling scanned image backup. - Route prepared invoice packages to Project Managers for review and approval. - Generate pass-through invoices in Oracle and create invoice PDF packages for clients. - Update the Billing Repository with invoice details and respond to invoice-related queries from operations or clients. - Generate investigator invoices in Oracle, provide details of corrections to the Billing supervisor, and process credits and rebills as required. Qualifications required for this role include: - 1-3 years of experience in invoicing and cash application. - Knowledge of invoice generation, credit memo processing, and working with ERP systems like Oracle. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with intermediate to advanced Excel skills. - Experience in a multi-currency environment and good organizational skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients in different countries, with attention to detail and accuracy. Desirable qualifications include experience using the Oracle ERP system.
