Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator I to join our team at Syneos Health. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate accounts receivable records and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Proven experience in accounts receivable management.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other accounting software.
