Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyse accounts receivable reports for timely follow-up on outstanding claims.
• Initiate calls to insurance companies to resolve pending claims or denials.
• Handle claim rejections, denials, and follow-up processes efficiently.
• Work on bundled claims and understand authorization processes.
• Meet client-specific KPIs and productivity targets.
• Document all activities accurately in the client system.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in

  AR Calling / Denial Management

  (preferably in

  Physician Billing

  ).
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in handling AR claim processing, including

  bundles

  and

  authorization requirements

  .
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Willingness to work in

  night shift

  (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
