Job Title: Executive- Accounts Receivables

Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivables Executive is responsible for managing incoming payments, tracking receivables, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions related to sales and customer accounts. The role involves coordination with internal departments, customers, and finance to ensure smooth processing and timely reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update records of customer invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups

2. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables from customers and marketplaces

3. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies

4. Generate and share daily/weekly/monthly receivable reports

5. Ensure that receipts are posted correctly in the accounting system

6. Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for order fulfillment and payment confirmation

7. Maintain accurate records for TDS/GST adjustments and ensure proper documentation

8. Handle customer queries related to accounts receivables and issue resolution

9. Support the finance team during audits and provide relevant documentation

Key Competencies:

1. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

2. Knowledge of accounting principles and GST regulations

3. Good communication and coordination skills

4. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

5. Ability to work under deadlines

Education & Experience:

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivables or related functions

Working Days:
Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday are off)

Salary:
INR 3,60,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)
