Accounts Receivable Assistant Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries related to billing issues, managing an Accounts Receivable ledger and files, researching discrepancies in invoices, submitting daily reports to management, maintaining customer accounts, and working with a billing system to generate invoices. Additionally, you will be posting receipts, applying fair credit practices, processing credit memos and refunds, and tracking overdue invoices while following up on them. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries regarding billing issues - Manage an Accounts Receivable ledger and Accounts Receivable files - Research and investigate discrepancies in invoices - Submit daily reports to management on accounts receivable operations - Maintain customer accounts - Work with a billing system to generate invoices - Post receipts in a timely manner - Apply fair credit practices - Process credit memos and refunds - Track overdue invoices and follow up on them Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of SAP is a must - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets - Knowledge of credit and collections practices - Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve disputes - Attention to detail and accuracy - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role - High level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail Note: The company provides health insurance and a Provident Fund.
