Job Description

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Process Executive to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for freshers looking to start their career in accounting and finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Process accounts payable and receivable accurately and timely.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end close activities.
Prepare and post journal entries and reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
Support audit activities by providing necessary documentation and information.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
