Role: Accounts Payables With Power BI

Experience: 6-9 Years

Relevant Experience in Power BI :1+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Role & responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Accounting or Finance (Accounting qualification preferred).
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Accounts Payables.
• 1+Years of experience with Power BI reporting.
• Exposure to ERP applications like
• Good experience in Invoice processing.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel required.
• Ability to perform tasks on multiple computer applications
• Previous experience in a Shared Service Centre environment preferred.
• Good to have Insurance experience

• Ability to identify and drive operational improvements (process, technology/automation, reporting)
• Good documentation skills
• Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills and strong client focus
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively.

Operational responsibilities:

• Timely alert his/her manager on issues identified and or unresolved queries and propose action plans
• Timely answer to queries (from entities, from Central Team, from manager), investigate and propose actions.
• Identify process efficiencies and report the same to his/her manager.
• Update SOP after validation with his/her manager and with the Central Team
• Maintain key process data in the team (Update tracker , issue log , partner action log , RCA , ISO , Risk documents ).
