Accounts Payable Team Lead

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the accounts payable team.
  • Oversee the processing of accounts payable transactions using SAP HANA.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and improve accounts payable processes and workflows.
  • Handle escalations and resolve complex issues related to accounts payable.
  • Prepare and present reports on accounts payable activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • MBA, ICWA or CA Inter.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in SAP HANA.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

  • Certification in SAP HANA.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
  • Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
