Job Description

As a Service Delivery Team Lead for the Mobile Platform,

  • Monitoring and reporting on client accounts to ensure invoices are processed within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA) and addressing potential SLA breaches proactively
  • Serving as an escalation point for customer inquiries, operational challenges, and analyst support
  • Acting as a Level 2 subject matter expert (SME) for internal and external teams, providing advanced operational guidance
  • Responding to custom reporting requirements, engaging in specifications development, and guiding clients toward feasible solutions.
  • Reviewing the Activity Tracker to ensure client activities are accurately captured and communicated during routine status meetings.
  • Supporting the preparation and delivery of customer

    Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs)

    to showcase value and performance
  • Training employees and clients on Tangoe platforms and reporting tools to ensure effective usage
  • Ensuring all client-facing operational documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects current processes and requirements.
  • Proactively identifying, initiating, and implementing process efficiencies to drive operational excellence
  • Leading and managing projects as directed by the manager, with support from analyst teams.

Qualifications, Education, & Special Skills

Qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Proven ability to create comprehensive reports and procedure manuals
  • Strong skills in presenting information and responding effectively to queries from analysts, managers, and clients.

Education:

Special Skills:

  • Familiarity with Mobile Telecom Domain is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of SQL and Business Objects is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated business judgment and decision-making skills.

Working conditions

  • Office environment with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days per week in-office).
  • Shift : 5 PM to 2 AM IST
