Job Description

Position - Accounts Payable Operations Manager

Qualification & Experience

Education: CA – Inter
Experience: 4–5 years in Accounts Payable/Finance operations

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable Operations Management

Oversee complete AP cycle: invoice processing, verification, approvals, and payments.
Ensure timely and accurate posting of invoices in ERP systems.
Manage vendor advances, debit notes, credit notes, and payment adjustments.
Monitor AP aging and ensure payouts are made within agreed credit terms.

2. Vendor Management

Address vendor queries and resolve disputes promptly.
Oversee vendor onboarding, documentation, and statutory compliance (PAN, GST, etc.).

3. Compliance & Statutory Requirements

Ensure correct application of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements on invoices.
Provide accurate AP data for monthly/quarterly statutory returns.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and adhere to internal controls.
