Administration

Our Administration division has £3 billion assets under administration.

We are a full-service outsourced administration platform with global coverage encompassing Fund Services, Corporate Services and Legal Advertising and Public Notice services.

Our clients include large-scale asset managers, public and private companies, private equity firms, start-up funds, family offices and charities. Role description and responsibility overview

• Knowledge of overall Accounts Payable activities i.e., invoices processing, payment disbursement, vendor management, payment reconciliation activities etc.

• Good knowledge of accounting

• Ability to manage the daily operations to meet SLAs and KRAs

• Email Management to set priorities, manage escalations, identify root cause and come up with process improvements and put controls in place.

• Ability to communicate with suppliers, banking institutions and departments

• Good time management skills and able to meet strict deadlines

• A multi-tasking individual who should be able to work on other office related misc. tasks assigned on ad hoc basis

• Meet the deadline of the assigned target within the specified TAT.

• Collaboration with teammates to complete the tasks.

• Positive and learning attitude.


Candidate profile

• Qualification: MBA

• Excellent Interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of MS Excel is must.

• Excellent Communication skills.

• Should have good experience in the service Industry in multi-client handling
