Accounts Payable Coordinator

In this role, you will have the following primary responsibilities: - Receive and review invoices for accuracy and completeness. - Review, verify, and process a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization. - Manage the purchasing card program and ensure proper support and approval are obtained for credit card purchases. - Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support. - Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations. - Investigate and resolve discrepancies between vendor statements and company records. - Resolve discrepancies and issues related to invoices, coordinating with other departments as needed. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline. - 2-4 years of relevant work experience. - Proficiency in accounting software and applications (e.g., Excel). - Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and providing support to team members. - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Strong computer skills. - Ability to use critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. - Ability to work in cross-functional teams.,
