Accounts Payable Coordinator

As part of our team, you will be responsible for the following primary responsibilities: - Receiving and reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness. - Reviewing, verifying, and processing a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization. - Managing the purchasing card program and ensuring proper support and approval for credit card purchases. - Assisting with audits and providing necessary documentation and support. - Ensuring compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations. - Investigating and resolving discrepancies between vendor statements and company records. - Resolving discrepancies and issues related to invoices, coordinating with other departments as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline. - 2-4 years of relevant work experience. - Proficiency in accounting software and applications (e.g., Excel). - Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and providing support to team members. - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Strong computer skills. - Ability to use critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and work with minimal supervision. - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.,
