Accounts Payable & Catalog Support Specialist

Dress Code Clothing is seeking a detail-oriented remote team member based in India to support Accounts Payable (AP)

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable & Vendor Reconciliation

• Record and maintain accurate logs of vendor invoices, credit memos, and payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and related transactions to verify account accuracy.
• Track and follow up to ensure credit is received for outstanding credit memos.
• Maintain and update QuickBooks transactions.
• Match payments/transactions to the correct invoices and identify discrepancies, including:
• Units/quantities
• Freight/shipping charges
• Taxes and fees
• Pricing differences
• Report invoice and statement errors to vendors clearly and professionally and track resolution.

Catalog Management & Image Processing

• Add and update vendor catalogs in our internal system with accurate, complete product information.
• Support optimization of product listings to improve visibility, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
• Process product images to required criteria and map images to products on our e-commerce site.

Requirements

• Based in India and able to work remotely from home.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and records.
• Experience with QuickBooks (preferred) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with vendors and internal teams and follow processes consistently.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)

• Split shift: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM

  and

  8:00 PM–12:00 AM

  (India time)

• Remote / Work from Home (Main office is in Tucson, Arizona, USA)
