Accounts Payable

As an experienced accountant with 3-6 years of related experience, you will be responsible for various accounting activities. Your role will require excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong focus on ownership of responsibilities. Working efficiently in a deadline-driven environment is crucial, showcasing your results-oriented mindset. You should have a high math aptitude and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Receipt and verification of vendor (AP) invoices, ensuring all documentation such as purchase orders, contracts/agreements, and proper approvals are in place. - Performing routine accounting activities including reviewing, indexing, and batching supplier invoices, as well as reconciliations. - Reviewing all invoices for proper documentation and approval. - Auditing and approving expense reports submitted by employees. - Managing non-PO queues and handling project cost transfers as required. - Engaging in other ad-hoc activities related to AP. - Following documentation standards for all deliverables. Qualifications: - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Word and Excel. - Intermediate knowledge of using Adobe Acrobat and Outlook programs. - Previous experience with Oracle or other large software vendors is preferred.,
