Accounts Payable Associate

As a Finance Operations Specialist at Interactive Brokers Group, Inc., you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the global supplier database using GEP Quantum and Oracle E-Business Suite. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and processing employee reimbursement claims in OnBase, ensuring compliance with company policies, and facilitating timely disbursements. You will be the point of contact for vendors and internal departments, addressing queries efficiently through email and phone communication. Your expertise will be pivotal in identifying opportunities for process optimization to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy continuously. Additionally, you will be involved in testing new software releases to ensure seamless integration and may undergo training on new features and best practices. To excel in this role, you must hold a master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in accounting software such as Oracle E-Business Suite is essential. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of an additional language would be advantageous. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional organizational abilities are key attributes for success in this position. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment are also essential.
