Job Description – Accounts Payable Associate

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and travel expense reconciliations accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local tax regulations, and risk control guidelines.
• Support month-end activities including journal entries and uploads.
• Review travel and expense receipts for compliance.
• Resolve vendor invoice and employee expense issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with audit requirements.
• Deliver services within agreed SLAs and contribute to process improvements.

Key Relationships

• Internal: AP team, employees, service desk, and other finance teams (RTR, FP&A, AR, Treasury).
• External: Vendors, contractors, and banks.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related field.
• 1+ year experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
