Job Summary:

We are hiring a creative and goal-driven Account Manager to boost advertising revenue for our Entertainment vertical in the Mumbai region. The role involves crafting sponsorships and branded content solutions aligned with TV shows, festivals, and celebrity-led campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Planning & Execution: Drive advertising sales. Leverage fiction, non-fiction, reality shows, and festivals for high-impact advertising.

· Brand Integration & Sponsorship: Pitch innovative solutions including show sponsorships, segment branding, and celeb-based integrations.

· Agency & Client Management: Engage with top media agencies and brand managers to maximize inventory monetization and foster long-term partnerships.

· Campaign Coordination:Collaborate with programming, creative, and traffic teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns.

· Trend Analysis & Packaging: Analyse viewership trends and audience profiles to curate customized advertising bundles.

· Performance Tracking:Maintain reports on targets, collections, campaign performance, and renewals.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication/ Media, Sales or related field.

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in TV/OTT/media sales(preferably entertainment).

· Well-connected in the Mumbai advertising ecosystem.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.

· Strong agency network within the Mumbai media market.

· Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

· Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and media planning tools.
