Accounts Manager (US Accounts)

Experience- Minimum Articleship of 12 months under a Chartered Accountant or 4-10 years an Accountant in a reputed organization.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive for Team Load position to join our team and manage the financial activities for our U.S.based clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

1)

• Generate and send accurate invoices to clients on a timely basis.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up with clients for payment.
• Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues in a professional and timely manner.

• Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Prepare and perform payments to vendors within established deadlines.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any payment discrepancies.

3)

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using appropriate accounting software.
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management.

4)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the U.S.-based client.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for any accounting-related queries or concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide exceptional service.
