Accounts Manager (US Accounts)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive for Team Load position to join our team and manage the financial activities for our U.S. based clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Description

1) Manage Accounts Receivable:

● Generate and send accurate invoices to clients on a timely basis.

● Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up with clients for payment.

● Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues in a professional and timely manner.

2) Handle Accounts Payable:

● Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

● Prepare and perform payments to vendors within established deadlines.

● Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any payment discrepancies.

3) General Ledger Management:

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using appropriate accounting software.

● Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

● Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management.

4) Client Relationship Management:

● Build and maintain strong relationships with the U.S.-based client.

● Serve as the primary point of contact for any accounting-related queries or concerns.

● Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide exceptional service.

*QuickBooks Working knowledge is a plus

Desired Qualification- M.Com/B.Com/ICWA/CMA

Job Location- Raipur (C.G.)

Mode- Work from office

Experience- Minimum Article ship of 12 months under a Chartered Accountant or 5-10 years an Accountant in a reputed organization.

Desired Candidate Profile Male/Female Candidates (Married Preferred) with minimum 6 years of working experience in Managing US Accounts related activities. Candidates must be from Raipur or Near Raipur only and should have good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
