Lead and supervise the team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
Oversee finalisation of books of accounts, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end closures.
Prepare and review annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal and statutory audits, including audit preparation, documentation, and liaison with auditors.
Manage filing and compliance of VAT returns (UAE), ensuring accurate computation, timely filing, and proper record maintenance.
Handle filing and compliance of Corporate Tax returns (UAE) in line with prevailing laws and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure overall regulatory and statutory compliance, including adherence to UAE laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
Identify process improvements, support compliance reviews, and assist management with financial reporting and decision-making.
