Job Description

Position: Accounts Manager

Experience: 8-10 years

Location: Noida

Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage books of accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Support budget planning and guide teams on variance analysis
  • Ensure effective cash flow management and financial controls
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records
  • Ensure statutory compliance and accounting best practices
  • Support treasury operations and manage audit calendars
  • Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors
  • Supervise regulatory filings and statutory returns
  • Lead the Finance and Accounts Payable teams
  • Handle team KRAs, appraisals, and performance
  • Oversee payroll with external vendors
  • Prepare and present MIS reports

Qualifications

  • Graduate or Post Graduate in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in account systems like Tally ERP, ZohoBooks etc.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, audits, and tax compliance
  • Experience working with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
  • Strong analytical, process-oriented mindset
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
