Job Title: Accounts Intern

Location: 549 MDC-6 Panchkula Haryana

Department: Finance / Accounts

Duration: 3 or 6 months depending on performance

Reports To: Head Finance and Directors

Position Summary: We are seeking a meticulous Accounts Assistant to oversee our daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure adherence to all statutory and internal compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end bookkeeping, coordinating effectively with our Chartered Accountants (CAs), and liaising with clients on all accounting and compliance-related matters. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health and integrity of our organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Professional qualifications like CA Inter, MBA Finance, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Experience: Min 1 year of progressive experience in accounting and bookkeeping, preferably within the service industry or a similar fast-paced environment.

Core Competencies: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external stakeholders. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
