About the Company

Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing organization engaged in Travel & Tourism, Forex, and Medical Tourism. We offer domestic & international tour packages, air/train/bus ticketing, visa assistance, and medical tourism solutions.

We are hiring an experienced Accounts Head (Part-Time) who will handle and oversee all accounting, taxation, and financial operations for the company.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for handling the following:

1. GST & Taxation

• Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C
• TDS return filing
• Professional Tax return filing

2. Income Tax & ROC Compliance

• ITR filing for both companies (PCBC & Need82) and all directors
• Filing of DIR-3, MGT-7, AOC-4, ADT-1

3. Accounting & Audit

• Checking and reconciliation of all accounts
• Coordination and support for Audit of A/C (PCBC & Need82)
• Preparation of Final Yearly Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss Account

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter or Final preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, taxation, and audit
• Strong knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks
• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, ROC, and IT compliance
• Excellent accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational skills

Working Hours

• Part-Time (Flexible hours) – To be discussed during interview

Compensation

• As per experience and qualification
