Job Title: Account Growth Strategist

Location: Gurugram, Sector 43
Job Type: Full-time; 5 days working

About the Role

We are looking for an Account Growth Strategist who can drive client success by aligning marketing efforts with business objectives. This role goes beyond social media management it’s about growing accounts, building long-term relationships, and ensuring measurable impact on client brands. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, capable of translating client goals into campaigns that deliver engagement, growth, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and servicing.
  • Develop growth-focused strategies and campaign calendars that align with client objectives across digital platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling services to maximize client value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, performance, influencer, production) to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Write engaging short-form content for posts, reels, and ad creatives when required.
  • Monitor campaigns, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights through regular performance reports.
  • Handle brand reputation and crisis management across online platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to proactively recommend new strategies for client growth.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, social media strategy, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to scale client accounts and demonstrate measurable impact on growth/ROI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client servicing skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X).
  • Ability to balance creative ideation with analytical reporting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns and influencer collaborations.
  • Understanding of cross-functional workflows with creative and performance marketing teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹251,768.62 - ₹1,291,015.28 per year
