Accounts & Finance Manager

As an Accounts and Finance Manager or Assistant Manager at our company, you will have the opportunity to join us as a Co-founder. We are looking for individuals with 5 to 15 years of experience in the field. Your main responsibility will be managing the financial aspects of the business, ensuring compliance and financial stability. - Manage the accounts and finances of the company - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards - Provide financial reports and analysis to the management - Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes - Coordinate with internal teams for financial planning and decision-making - Implement financial strategies to achieve business goals - Minimum Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in finance - Certified Professional such as MBA in finance, CA, CPA, CMA - Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is mandatory - Previous experience working as a consultant or employee in the finance field is a plus Our company welcomes candidates interested in full-time, part-time, permanent, contractual/temporary, freelance, or volunteer positions.
