Job Title:

Job Summary

Accounts & Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in
Tally ERP
.
Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
Handle
GST computation, GST returns filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
.
Manage
TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and filing of TDS returns
.
Assist in monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts.
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for payment and billing-related matters.
Prepare MIS reports as required by management.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
Tally ERP
(Mandatory).
Good understanding of
GST, TDS, and overall taxation compliance
.
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
Good communication and documentation abilities.
Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
