Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Hyderabad (Kondapur)
Department: Accounts & Finance

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payables and Receivables, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Handle daily interactions with banks for routine transactions and queries.
• Visit banks regularly for discussions, document submission, and other banking requirements.
• Oversee and maintain records related to Bank Guarantees (BGs) and Letters of Credit (LCs).
• Record and update all types of accounting entries in software, including:
• Payments & Receipts
• Sales & Purchases
• Journal Vouchers (JVs)
• Support internal and external audits by providing required data and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in any other finance/accounting-related tasks as per business requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP or relevant tools).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for banking interactions.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical ability.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Qualification & Experience

• Education: B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Experience: 3–4 years of experience in accounts and finance operations, preferably with exposure to bank dealings and LC/BG handling.

· Salary: 30 K to 35 K

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
