Role: Accounts Executive
Experience: 3+Years
Location: Jaipur
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the full range of financial and compliance functions for the company.
Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliances are met in a timely and accurate manner.
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, and management of internal controls.
Lead and mentor a small team, providing guidance on technical and operational matters.
Collaborate closely with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and support business decision-making.
Coordinate and manage audits, tax filings, and other financial documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Professional qualification of Semi-Qualified CA/ senior accountant are acceptable.
Proven experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance management, preferably in a limited company environment.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and take ownership of responsibilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with different stakeholders.
A commitment to stability, long-term growth, and contributing to the success of the organization.
