Truedo Living Spaces is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. With our strong foothold in turnkey interiors and modular solutions, we are expanding our finance operations to support growing project demands. We are looking for a responsible professional who can manage day-to-day accounting with accuracy and efficiency.
● Handle daily accounting entries including sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries in Tally.
● Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts, client ledgers, and bank statements.
● Manage petty cash and track daily site-level expenses.
● Process and verify material purchase bills, vendor invoices, and subcontractor payments.
● Prepare client invoices, Purchase orders, GST-compliant bills, and follow up on receivables.
● Assist with GST, TDS, and monthly financial statements.
● Generate project-wise expense reports, BOQ vs actual tracking, and support the project team with financial clarity.
● B.Com or equivalent background in Accounting/Finance.
● Strong working knowledge of Tally (mandatory).
● Experience in interior design, construction, or contracting companies is a plus.
● Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and documentation.
● Proficient in MS Excel, organized, accurate, and highly dependable.
