Accounts Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with 1 year of hands-on experience in accounting. The ideal candidate will support daily financial operations, manage entries, assist with reconciliation, and ensure accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts
• Maintain ledgers, journals, and general bookkeeping
• Assist in preparing and sending customer invoices
• Process vendor bills and support Accounts Payable/Receivable tasks
• Perform bank reconciliation and track payment status
• Support GST/VAT working: input/output calculation and return preparation
• Manage petty cash, office expenses, and employee reimbursements
• Assist in month-end closing activities and financial summaries
• Maintain proper documentation for invoices, receipts, and statements
• Coordinate with auditors and prepare required documents
• Handle basic Excel tasks (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
• Work with accounting software such as Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks/SAP (as per company need)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks etc.)
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently

Location: Kondotti, Kerala (Candidates nearby to this Area is Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
