An Accounts Executive will serve as a trusted financial support to the Presidents office, playing a key role in managing and overseeing their personal and official financial affairs. This role goes beyond routine accounting it demands a high level of integrity, accuracy, and discretion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all financial transactions are handled smoothly, payments are made on time, and records are maintained with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the President's personal and official bank accounts.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of payments, including utility bills, service providers, travel arrangements, and other personal or official expenditures.
Track and reconcile all transactions, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, summaries, and reports related to personal and official expenses.
Monitor cash flow, schedule regular reviews, and alert on any discrepancies or unusual activity.
Maintain proper documentation for all transactions and ensure compliance with financial best practices and internal policies.
Prepare and present monthly / quarterly MIS.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of banking procedures, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
Prior experience in managing personal accounts or executive-level finances.
Experience in dealing with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
High attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and responsibly.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Advanced MS Excel skills; experience of accounting software Tally is a must.
