Role & responsibilities An Accounts Executive will serve as a trusted financial support to the Presidents office, playing a key role in managing and overseeing their personal and official financial affairs. This role goes beyond routine accounting it demands a high level of integrity, accuracy, and discretion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all financial transactions are handled smoothly, payments are made on time, and records are maintained with precision. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the President's personal and official bank accounts. Ensure timely and accurate execution of payments, including utility bills, service providers, travel arrangements, and other personal or official expenditures. Track and reconcile all transactions, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Prepare and maintain financial statements, summaries, and reports related to personal and official expenses. Monitor cash flow, schedule regular reviews, and alert on any discrepancies or unusual activity. Maintain proper documentation for all transactions and ensure compliance with financial best practices and internal policies. Prepare and present monthly / quarterly MIS. Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of banking procedures, reconciliations, and financial documentation. Prior experience in managing personal accounts or executive-level finances. Experience in dealing with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). Good interpersonal and communication skills. High attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and responsibly. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Advanced MS Excel skills; experience of accounting software Tally is a must.

Admin Executive pune 10 - 12 years INR 4.0 - 6.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities An Admin Executive will serve as a trusted support to the Presidents office, playing a critical role in ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks it requires a high level of professionalism, initiative, and discretion. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute meaningfully to the operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Travel Desk Management : Handle business and personal travel arrangements for the President and his family members, including flight, hotel, visa, and local transportation bookings. Ensure cost-effective and smooth travel planning while maintaining efficiency. Keep records of overseas travel / India visits of all family members. Vendor Sourcing & Coordination: Identify and liaise with vendors for various requirements such as corporate gifts, family gifts, hospitality needs and event-related services. Negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery and quality of services/goods procured. Execution Management at venue/sites as and when required. Willing to travel outside as and when required for vendor sourcing / events etc. Administrative Support: Coordinate with internal departments for any support required for President office. Handle ad-hoc requests and ensure smooth execution of tasks assigned. Record keeping and MIS of administrative expenses. Maintain updated membership details, frequent flyer points etc. Preferred candidate profile Prior experience in executive assistance or office administration role with at least 2 firms. Solid exposure to vendor management. Experience in handling personal errands (limited to office) for senior leadership. Experience of having worked with senior management executives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Tech-savvy in use of multi media devices Android, iPhone, Tab, Projection. Excellent skills on power point and Canva. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of social media platforms and leveraging it for the role as required.
