Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 3-4 years of relevant experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

· Prepare financial statements, reports, and tax filings in compliance with regulations.

· Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including invoicing and payments.

· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

· Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

· Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

· Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

· Maintain compliance with local tax laws, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and company policies.

· Collaborate with internal departments to optimize financial processes.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Experience: 3-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment.

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in accounting software Tally Prime

· Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting principles.

· Experience with tax compliance and financial audits is a plus.

Soft Skills:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and within a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
