Job Description

Qualification: Post graduate degree in Finance or Accounts or equivalent/ qualification

Experience: Min 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting role in the executive position of a large organization. Experience in trading industry is added advantage
Responsibilities

Process daily accounting transactions including journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting software. - ERP knowledge is must. He must ensure co-ordination with warehouse/ sales team and other departments for smooth functioning of core business -Sale and purchase of materials. ERP team co-ordination. Knowledge of GST and E-way billing in trading business.

Prepare and maintain MIS (Management Information System) reports for internal review and decision-making.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective financial reporting and control.
