Accounts Executive (Receivable Payments)

As a professional responsible for Invoicing & Documentation, your main duties will include generating and sending invoices to customers accurately and on time. It is essential to ensure that all supporting documents are attached and compliant with contractual terms. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with the sales team to obtain correct billing information. In the realm of Receivable Tracking & Collection, you will play a crucial role in escalating long-pending cases to management for necessary action. Moreover, you will be responsible for verifying and approving customer credit limits in line with company policy, as well as maintaining records of credit terms and agreements. Your role will also entail Reconciliation & Reporting tasks, such as preparing debtor aging reports on a monthly or quarterly basis. It will be essential to highlight high-risk accounts and propose suitable corrective actions to mitigate risks effectively. Coordination & Compliance will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, involving close collaboration with sales, dispatch, and customer service teams to resolve disputes efficiently. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies will be imperative, along with providing support to auditors by furnishing receivable-related documentation.
