Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive (5 Positions)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience Required: 8 to 10 YearsQualification: B. ComDepartment: Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities for Executives:

Process, verify, and reconcile large volumes of supplier invoices.
Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments as per company policies.
Handle invoice discrepancies and resolve them in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
Support in month-end and year-end closing activities related to payables. Support weekly Cash Flow Statement preparation.
Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to accounts payable (GST, TDS, etc.).
Coordinate with procurement and other departments for invoice and payment clarifications.
Adhere to deadlines while maintaining accuracy and data integrity.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

B.Com (mandatory)
810 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems.
Proven ability to handle high invoice volumes efficiently.
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other compliance-related aspects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Prior experience in a shared service or high-volume transaction environment.
Experience working in large or multi-location organizations.
Experience in Logistics Cos (preferred but not essential)
