Key Responsibility Manage and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Conduct general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Assist in the preparation of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Support internal and external audits by preparing relevant documentation. Ensure compliance with all financial policies and procedures. Provide support for month-end and year-end closing activities. Collaborate with various departments to provide accurate and timely financial information. Qualifications: M.com, CA- IPCC 5-6 years of relevant accounting experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools). Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modelling. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
