Electrical Maintenance Engineer (VCB knowledge)

Qualification - Diploma / BE Electrical

Experience - 2 to 4 Years

Desired Skills:

- Utility Equipment Maintenance (Compressor, Chiller, DG, etc.)

- Electrical Panel Maintenance & Troubleshooting

- Knowledge of Electrical Wiring & Conducting

- Understanding of Industrial Electrical Systems

- Vendor Coordination & Supervision

- Ability to Read and Interpret Electrical Drawings

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Execute preventive and running maintenance as per the defined schedule.

 Conduct regular checks on plant machinery and electrical panels, including cleaning,

parameter reading, and routine upkeep.

 Identify and troubleshoot faults in electrical systems and promptly escalate issues to

the Plant Manager.

 Perform continuous monitoring (every 30 minutes) of utility systems such as:

o Process Chillers

o Process & FCU Pumps

o Comfort Chillers

o Cooling Towers

 Maintain detailed breakdown and maintenance reports.

 Reset and restart machinery safely after power outages.

 Supervise vendor activities during installations, maintenance, or repairs.

 Ensure effective execution of all electrical and mechanical tasks, including:

o Conduiting, wiring, and lighting maintenance

o Panel and sensor inspection, repair, and replacement

o General troubleshooting and safety checks

 Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
