As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Accounts Executive to join our dynamic and driven finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Provide financial data to support management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation and explanations.
• Track and categorize company expenses to ensure accurate reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience (internships included).
• Familiarity with accounting tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or SAP.
• Solid grasp of basic accounting principles.
• High attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general financial reporting tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
