About the role:

The Accounts executive will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting compliance with accounting standards. This is an entry-level role designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in accounting and finance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions in accounting systems.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely financial data entry.
• Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Internship or prior experience in accounting/finance.
• Knowledge of ERP or cloud-based accounting systems.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

Work Shift: 01:30 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST
