Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Executive - Male only

Experience : Freshers - 1 year

Immediate Joiners Needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing & Invoicing:

o Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients and customers.

o Ensure that billing is aligned with contractual agreements and

financial terms.

o Monitor and track outstanding invoices and follow up with clients

for timely payments.

o Address any billing discrepancies or client queries promptly.

  • Petty Cash Management:

o Oversee the petty cash system, ensuring that cash is maintained

and disbursed accurately.

o Record all petty cash transactions and ensure proper

documentation for reimbursements.

o Reconcile petty cash regularly and submit reports to

management.

o Ensure that petty cash expenses are in line with company

policies.

  • GST Compliance:

o Ensure proper calculation, reporting, and filing of Goods and

Services Tax (GST) in accordance with local laws and

regulations.

o Maintain records of GST transactions and ensure proper

documentation for tax filings.

o Assist in preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly, or annual

GST returns.

o Stay updated on GST rules and regulations and ensure the

company remains compliant.

  • General Financial Support:

o Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable. o Process

payments and handle financial documentation.

o Support with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or

a related field.

  • Proven experience (X+ years) as a Finance Executive, Finance

Assistant, or in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of billing procedures, petty cash management,

and GST compliance.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, etc.).
  • Knowledge of GST regulations and tax filing requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple

tasks efficiently.

  • Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external

clients.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of financial controls and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge on Tally and MS Excel
  • Experience with preparing and filing GST returns.
  • Familiarity with local tax laws and regulations.
  • Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
