Summary of Goals and Objectives of the Position
- The Purpose of this role is to keep records and track of all company's income & expenses,
- On time generation of sales invoices to Customers & collect payments from Customer on time,
- Cross check and release payment to vendors on time.
- Generate accounting reports which helps company to review and helps to take growth decisions accordingly.
- Complete Ontime and accurate goverment compliances (GST,TDS,ITR)
Specific Duties/Tasks
1. Entries of Sales and Purchase invoices into Tally, Zoho
2. Entries of Daily Petty Cash Vouchers into tally, Zoho
3. Filing of physical Sales, Purchase invoices and petty cash & Uploading same on Google Drive
4. Prepare Sales invoices into our ERP software and share invoices to Customers on Email and arranging of hadover hardcopies
5. Checking Purchase invoices
6. Entries of payment into accounting and company's ERP
7. Make calls and send reminders to collect outstandings invoices
8. Report Generation: Daily - AR & AP , Weekly - P&L, Montly - Cash Flow & B/L Sheet
9. Compliances: TDS - Before 7th Of Every Months, GSR1 - 10th Of Every Month, GSTR3B - 20th Of Every Month
10. Manage Attendance sheet, and Ready Salary Sheets on 2nd of Every Month
11. Bank Statement Entries in tally and make 1-10,11-20 & 21-30 excel updates for payments and receipts
Knowledge & Skills Essential

4. Good Computer Knowledge (Drive, Sheets, Excel, Word)

1. Advanced Excel or spreadsheet to generate and show effective reports

Minimum Performance Standards
1. Accurately do entries of sales, Purchases, Bank Statement, vouchers into accounting software
2. Physical Filing is done accurately and Punctually
3. Keep Files, records well organised
4. Prepare Sales invoices on time
5. Check Purchase invoices accurately
