Accounts cum Admin Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting records including ledgers, journals, invoices, and receipts. Additionally, you will be required to reconcile bank statements monthly, monitor cash and bank balances, handle petty cash disbursements, and prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and reports for management. Ensuring statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF/ESI (if applicable), and any other legal filings will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will handle office operations such as maintaining office supplies, equipment, utilities, and facility management.
