Accounts Assistant – Job Description (2 Openings)
Location: Malviya Nagar, Delhi
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage financial records for the company using Tally and MS Office
Prepare tax filings and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other legal regulations
Analyze financial data to support decision-making and provide tax planning advice
Assist in audits and preparation of financial statements
Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and prepare vouchers/invoices
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word)
Sound knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication skills for interdepartmental coordination
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred
1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance
