Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and documents.
  • Record daily transactions in the accounting system.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions (invoicing, payments, receipts).
  • Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and customer accounts.
  • Prepare and process expense claims and petty cash records.
  • Help with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial information.
  • Assist in preparing payroll information as required.
  • Follow up with suppliers or customers regarding outstanding balances.
  • Support the finance team during audits by providing documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards.
