Job Title: Account Assistant Brief Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to support our finance department with daily accounting tasks and financial record-keeping. 3. Key Responsibilities Enter financial data into accounting software. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Process invoices and expense claims. Assist with bank reconciliations. Help prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close. 4. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor or Master degree in accounting or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in a similar accounting support role or Fresher. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Familiarity with accounting software Sage Line 50 & Xero is a plus. 5. Skills and Attributes Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6.
