Job Description

Job Title: Accountant / Administrator

Location: Okhla Phase 1
Job Type: Full-time
Gender- Female only

Job Responsibilities:

Accounting:

Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, and ledgers.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and reports.
Process invoices, reimbursements, and payments.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
Coordinate with auditors and assist in annual audits.
Bank reconciliation and petty cash management.

Administration:

Maintain office records and documentation.
Assist in HR-related activities (attendance, leave management, employee records).
Handle vendor management, office supplies, and administrative support.
Draft and manage official correspondence, reports, and documents.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Support management in day-to-day operations.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
Proven experience in accounting and administration (1–3 years).
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally/ERP).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Strong ethical and professional values.

Salary- 15k to 20k
