Position Overview:
Reports To: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager
Job Purpose:
To handle day-to-day accounting operations including billing, GST, TDS, and general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting entries, vouchers, and bank reconciliations.
Handle billing, invoicing, and follow-up for payments.
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS deductions, and related compliance work.
Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
Maintain accurate financial records and support internal/external audits.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and departments for financial documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
3–5 years of experience in accounting work.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, billing, and daily accounting operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of taxation and accounting principles.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Integrity and ability to meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
