Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Assistant Location: Thrikkakara, Kerala Experience Required: 1+ Year Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will have basic accounting knowledge and at least one year of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and filing. Maintain proper records of receipts, payments, and other financial transactions. Support in preparing reports, ledgers, and bank reconciliations. Assist in GST documentation and tax filing support. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payment follow-ups. Perform other administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel. Familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software is an advantage. Good communication and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
